IFBEC Leadership

IFBEC is managed by a Steering Committee composed of representatives from member companies including: BAE Systems Plc., The Boeing Company, EADS; Finmeccanica, L3-Communications Corporation; Lockheed Martin Corporation, Meggitt Plc., Northrop Grumman Corporation; Raytheon Company; Rolls-Royce Plc., Saab, Safran, and Thales.

Dominic Hall

IFBEC Chair

Dominic Hall is the Head of Ethical Business Conduct at BAE Systems. He is responsible for BAE Systems' Business Ethics Programme across the UK and International businesses. He has deep experience in implementing and operating all aspects of ethics and compliance governance frameworks.

Courtney Wallize

IFBEC Vice-Chair

Courtney Wallize is currently the Corporate Director of Ethics and Business Conduct for Northrop Grumman Corporation where she is responsible for the oversight and management of the ethics and business conduct program for over 85,000 employees globally.

Dominique Lamoureux

Dominique Lamoureux is Vice President, Ethics and Corporate Responsibility for Thales, a global organisation which plays a key role in keeping the public safe, guarding vital infrastructure and protecting national security interests in all its markets ‐ aerospace, ground transportation, defence and security.

IFBEC Charter

The IFBEC Charter is the governing document of IFBEC. It establishes the IFBEC’s purpose, membership criteria, the IFBEC Task Force, officers and meetings, financing, and other matters relating to the functioning of IFBEC.
